We ship using UPS,USPS and FedEx Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air and are subject to standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. We will not ship to P.O. boxes and an additional charge will apply for Saturday or Sunday delivery, please call for charges. Envy makes every effort to ship all orders within 36 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00pm PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 2:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Envy will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Return/Exchange Policies
Return and exchanges on regularly priced items will be accepted as long as the items HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, DRY CLEANED, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL TAGS still attached. All items marked as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only. All returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Items received between 14-30 days following the delivery date will qualify for store credit only. Any items returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Please Note: Envy does NOT refund initial shipping charges or any charges incurred for returns and/or exchange. We also encourage you to insure all items that are returned or exchanged. Envy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to us.
