Return/Exchange Policies

Return and exchanges on regularly priced items will be accepted as long as the items HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, DRY CLEANED, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL TAGS still attached. All items marked as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only. All returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Items received between 14-30 days following the delivery date will qualify for store credit only. Any items returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

Please Note: Envy does NOT refund initial shipping charges or any charges incurred for returns and/or exchange. Envy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to us. We also encourage you to insure all items that are returned or exchanged.

****Also all purchases that received a promotional discount and/or free shipping due to their order total will not be able to get full refund/credit or exchange if promotional target price is not still met. The cost of shipping and/or discount will be deducted from your return total.****

Return Process:

1. Please list the items and the reasons for the return.

2. Please pack all items in a secure box sealed with tape.

Once your package has been received at Envy, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged or defective, please save the box and the original packing material and contact us immediately, via e-mail, fax or phone. Please return product and we will gladly send you a replacement as soon as possible.
